Administration: Once daily via subcutaneous injection, rotating sites. At the standard 0.04 mL dose, a 70 mg vial provides roughly 50 daily doses. Note: GHK-Cu solutions are normally tinted blue from the copper complex; this is expected and not a sign of contamination.

Reconstitution Steps

  1. Allow the vial to reach room temperature (15–20 minutes out of cold storage).
  2. Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
  3. Inject slowly down the vial wall to avoid foaming.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved (do not shake).
  5. Label with date and concentration; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light.

Result: ≈35 mg/mL total blend (≈5 mg/mL BPC-157, 5 mg/mL TB-500, 25 mg/mL GHK-Cu)

How This Works

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide studied for accelerating repair of tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut tissue, partly by promoting angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling. TB-500, a synthetic fragment of thymosin β-4, is researched for actin regulation, cell migration, and new blood-vessel formation that supports broader tissue regeneration.

GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is studied for stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis, skin remodeling, and antioxidant activity. Combining the two repair peptides with GHK-Cu is intended to pair systemic tissue recovery with skin and cosmetic “glow” effects in a single fixed-ratio preparation.
