CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend Dosage Protocol

Reconstitution and dosing guide for the CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin blend, a 10 mg growth-hormone-secretagogue stack, most commonly a 1 : 1 (5 mg + 5 mg) combination.

Quickstart Highlights

This is the classic growth-hormone-releasing stack. CJC-1295 (No DAC, i.e. Modified GRF 1-29) is a GHRH analog that increases the amount of growth hormone released per pulse, while Ipamorelin is a selective GHS-R1a agonist (a ghrelin mimetic) that triggers a clean GH pulse with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin. Used together they act on two complementary pathways. The 10 mg vial is most commonly a 1 : 1 split (5 mg of each peptide).

  • Composition: 10 mg total blend, commonly 5 mg CJC-1295 (No DAC) + 5 mg Ipamorelin
  • Reconstitute: Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.5 mg/mL of each peptide
  • Easy measuring: At 2.5 mg/mL each, 1 unit (0.01 mL) on a U-100 syringe ≈ 25 mcg CJC-1295 + 25 mcg Ipamorelin
  • Storage: Lyophilized: −20 °C; reconstituted: 2–8 °C, protected from light, use within 2–4 weeks

Dosing & Reconstitution Guide

Subcutaneous protocol; the standard research dose is 100 mcg of each peptide per injection

Subcutaneous Protocol (10 mg vial, 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL each)

Protocol Per-dose (each) Frequency Units (U-100)
Standard100 mcg CJC + 100 mcg Ipa1× daily, before bed4 units (0.04 mL)
Intensive100 mcg CJC + 100 mcg Ipa2–3× daily4 units (0.04 mL) per dose

Administration: Inject on an empty stomach, avoid food, and especially carbohydrates, for 30–60 minutes around dosing, since elevated blood sugar/insulin blunts the GH pulse. Before bed is the most common timing. At one 100/100 mcg dose per day, a 10 mg vial provides roughly 50 doses.

Reconstitution Steps

  1. Allow the vial to reach room temperature (15–20 minutes out of cold storage).
  2. Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
  3. Inject slowly down the vial wall to avoid foaming.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until dissolved (do not shake).
  5. Label with date and concentration; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light.

Result: 2.5 mg/mL of each peptide (5 mg/mL total blend)

How This Works

CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a Modified GRF 1-29, a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It binds GHRH receptors on the pituitary to amplify the size of each natural GH pulse, while its short action preserves the body’s normal pulsatile rhythm.

Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue (GHS-R1a / ghrelin-receptor agonist) that initiates a GH pulse through a separate pathway, without the appetite, cortisol, or prolactin effects seen with less selective secretagogues. Pairing a GHRH analog with a GHS is studied for a larger, cleaner combined GH release than either alone.
