BPC-157 & TB-500 Blend Dosage Protocol

Reconstitution and dosing guide for the BPC-157 & TB-500 blend, a 1 : 1 tissue-repair stack offered as a 10 mg (5 mg + 5 mg) or 20 mg (10 mg + 10 mg) vial.

Quickstart Highlights

This blend combines two of the most widely researched recovery peptides in equal parts. BPC-157 is studied for tendon, ligament, gut, and soft-tissue healing, while TB-500 (a thymosin β-4 fragment) is studied for cell migration, angiogenesis, and broader tissue regeneration. Delivering both in one 1 : 1 vial means a single subcutaneous injection covers the pair.

  • Composition: 5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500 (10 mg vial) or 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 (20 mg vial)
  • Reconstitute (20 mg vial): Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 5 mg/mL of each peptide. For the 10 mg vial, use 1.0 mL to reach the same concentration.
  • Easy measuring: At 5 mg/mL each, 1 unit (0.01 mL) on a U-100 syringe ≈ 50 mcg BPC + 50 mcg TB
  • Storage: Lyophilized: −20 °C; reconstituted: 2–8 °C, protected from light, use within 2–4 weeks

Administration: Once daily via subcutaneous injection during the loading phase; many protocols taper to 5 days/week for maintenance. Rotate sites. At the loading dose a 20 mg vial provides about 20 days; the 10 mg vial about 10 days.

Reconstitution Steps

  1. Allow the vial to reach room temperature (15–20 minutes out of cold storage).
  2. Draw 2.0 mL (20 mg vial) or 1.0 mL (10 mg vial) bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
  3. Inject slowly down the vial wall to avoid foaming.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until dissolved (do not shake).
  5. Label with date and concentration; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light.

Result: 5 mg/mL of each peptide (10 mg/mL total blend)

How This Works

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein found in gastric juice, studied for promoting healing of tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal tissue, in part through angiogenesis and upregulation of growth-factor pathways.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin β-4 that regulates actin, supporting cell migration, new blood-vessel formation, and tissue remodeling. The two peptides are commonly stacked because their repair mechanisms are considered complementary, localized healing (BPC-157) alongside more systemic regeneration (TB-500).
